HELLO and WELCOME!

Brad and Kathy Fitch specialize in original acoustic folk, family and western music. They perform at fairs, concerts, fund-raisers, weddings, picnics, parades, school programs, parties and at cowboy and western music festivals throughout the United States. They are known for their melodic folk music and songs written about the places they have traveled. People from throughout the nation have planned their vacations around the Fitch s performance schedule in Estes Park, Colorado.

Brad and Kathy have performed John Denver tribute concerts for the Rocky Mountain Nature Association, the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, The Cancer Center of Arizona s annual fund-raiser, the Town of Estes Park Cultural Arts Council. These concerts, which feature John Denver s songs, have set attendance records at their venues. Kathy and Brad have been invited performers at the John Denver Memorial Concerts at the Windstar Land Conservancy in Aspen, Colorado for the past three years. Also during the past three years, the town of Estes Park s annual Christmas parade has featured the Fitches singing on a float for an audience of up to 30,000. For their fund-raising concerts, they were presented an award for outstanding community service from the Estes Park Sunrise Rotary Club in 2006.

Whether it s entertaining children at a sing-along, performing their songs about their love of the land, playing their songs of life on the prairie, sea songs or John Denver s ballads, Kathy and Brad are sure to leave you with your foot tapping and a smile on your face.

Raised in Estes Park, Colorado, singer, songwriter and guitarist Brad Fitch has been playing professionally since he was 15 years old. He was a founding member of Fitch and Chips, a country/western dance band that performed throughout the West during the 1970s and 80s. He has also been part of several other performing and recording acts throughout the years, including Black Canyon Express, The Elktones and The TropiCowboy Band, to name a few. As a soloist, Brad has led campfire sing-along programs throughout Estes Park for many years, where he was dubbed Cowboy Brad by his audience. In 2002, he was awarded the All Around Cowboy Entertainer belt buckle at the Aspen Lodge Cowboy Poetry Gathering. Though Brad s roots are in the west, some of his fondest childhood memories are of spending summers on the coast of Maine. You will find his love of the sea in many of the songs he has written. Brad was invited to perform cowboy music for the President of the United States during his 2001 visit to the Colorado and has recorded eight albums.

Singer/songwriter Kathy Fitch began writing poetry as a young girl. Her poetry forms the basis of many of the songs she has recorded with her husband, Brad. She was raised in New England, working on both agricultural and horse farms. When she s not entertaining, Kathy works in the holistic medical field as practitioner and a teacher. Kathy has lived on ranches and has worked at liveries on the east coast and in the west. She now resides in Colorado, where she finds inspiration for her compositions.

Brad and Kathy have recorded three CDs together featuring their original music. They have opened for Rex Allen, Jr., Baxter Black, Waddie Mitchell, Mike Logan, Patty Clayton and Ken Overcast .
